FuelMatic™
Continuous production of 5000 gallons of biodiesel per day
The Green Fuels FuelMatic™ biodiesel processor makes 5000 gallons of biodiesel per day from 5000 gallons of feedstock oil. There have been over 20 FuelMatic™ systems sold worldwide. Feedstock can be used vegetable oil, animal tallow, or fresh oilseed including soy, canola, camelina, palm, jatropha just to name a few. The FuelMatic is CE and ATEX certified providing maximum operating safety. The plumbing and vessels are all constructed of Stainless steel for long term reliability. The FuelMatic™ is operated by a remotely located “touch screen” control panel that also allows monitoring from anywhere on the internet. Operator training is included with the price of the system. Patent pending glycerol separation allows greater process throughput than other technologies. Biodiesel purification (soap removal) is done using Dow D-10 Amberlite™ resin technology, so no water is required anywhere in the process. Methanol is removed from the biodiesel at multiple locations and immediately re-used in the process.
The FuelMatic™ is factory built on skids and tested, and then shipped to the customer's site in sea containers. Assembly on site, and connection to the customer's facility is supervised by Green Fuels personnel, which is also included in the system price. Commissioning can be completed in 7-10 days. The FuelMatic™ is capable of making EN 14212 or ASTM D6751 grade biodiesel, given appropriate consumables quality.

FuelSonic™
Continuous production of 12,500 gallons of biodiesel per day
The FuelSonic™ is Green Fuels largest capacity biodiesel processor. At 12,500 gallons per day, that’s a capacity of about 4 Million gallons per year. In addition to all the features found in our FuelMatic™ processor (see above), the FuelSonic™ incorporates an ultrasonic mixing cavity to achieve its production rate. It is still factory built and tested, then shipped to site in sea containers. Lead time for this product is typically 6 months from order date, depending on production backlog. Given a prepared facility, it can be assembled and commissioned on site in about 2 weeks. Assembly supervision and operator training is included in the price. The FuelSonic™ is capable of making EN 14212 or ASTM D6751 grade biodiesel, given appropriate consumables quality.

Continuous production of up to 2000 gallons of biodiesel per day
The Green Fuels 2000 gallon per day FuelMaker™ biodiesel processing system uses innovative and robust technology proven in the field in a large number of commercially operating plants. The technology also employs the use of advanced sensors and microprocessor control to monitor the complete fuel production process insuring quality is maintained with variable feedstocks.
The FuelMaker™ is constructed of stainless steel and the system is CE/ATEX certified. The FuelMaker™ now uses the same touch panel control system as the larger FuelMatic™ processor. The FuelMaker™ features a "dry wash" system, so no water is required. The FuelMaker is capable of making EN 14214 and ASTM D6751 grade biodiesel, given appropriate consumables quality.

Green Fuels offers built-in containerized versions of its FuelMatic™ and FuelMaker™ processors as an additional cost option. With full integration of the processor and controls, the container can easily be relocated to other sites.
