About Green Fuels

Green Fuels America
Green Fuels America, Sparks, NV

Green Fuels is the world's leading manufacturer of commercial biodiesel production equipment for enterprise and regional scale facilities. Since 2003, Green Fuels has been at the forefront of the industry, providing solutions for the conversion of waste cooking oil, animal fats and fresh vegetable oils into biodiesel fuel. Our biodiesel processors are built, tested and then shipped in sea containers to the customer's site in a "turn-key" configuration. Our commercial product line ranges in capacity from 8,000 to 50,000 litres (2,000 to 12,500 US gallons) per day. The company's mission is to provide high-quality biodiesel processors sized to be located near the feedstock source, allowing for the production of biodiesel in local markets. This decentralized approach allows our customers to have cost and logistical advantages over traditional large centralized biodiesel plants.

Green Fuels has its corporate headquarters in Gloucestershire, England (UK). In 2009, Green Fuels America Inc, a wholly owned subsidiary, was established in Sparks, Nevada (USA). Sales into Europe, Asia, Middle East and Africa are handled from the UK office and sales into North, Central, and South America are handled from the US office.

FuelMatic Biodiesel Processor
The 5000 gallon per day FuelMatic Biodiesel Processor
Our flagship FuelMatic biodiesel processor, with a capacity of 20,000 litres (5,000 US gallons) per day, has quickly become the benchmark for regional size biodiesel production. With over 20 of these plants in operation in multiple countries, our customers know Green Fuels has the technology, experience, and ability to support their operations. Green Fuels has won numerous awards, is listed in Europe's Clean Tech 100 and the Globe Forum Sustainable Innovators list. Since 2007, the Royal Train has been transporting the British Royal Family on biodiesel produced by a FuelMatic. We have worked with Jaguar Land Rover and Honda on the development of their next generation diesel vehicles. We supply Petrochem Carless with reference fuels for industry testing. Green Fuels worked with World's First Racing and the University of Warwick on the first biodiesel Formula 3 racing car. Our customers are producing some 250 million litres per year of biodiesel, offsetting 650,000 tonnes of C02.

Green Fuels' early history focused on personal scale (home and small business) biodiesel processors. It remains the world leader in the small scale market with an installed base of approximately 7,000 FuelPod and FuelMeister (http://www.myfuelpod.com). The company continues to market its award-winning personal biodiesel product line from both its UK and US offices. In the US sales are mainly through a network of 20 dealers.
